Dr. Paul Murray
Dr. Paul Murray is the International Vice President for Religious Freedom Initiatives at the Global Peace Foundation, where he leads strategic efforts to promote freedom of religion, belief, and conscience through global education, outreach, and advocacy. He also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the International Religious Freedom (IRF) Secretariat, guiding regional roundtables and policy engagement, and is the Interim Executive Director of the First Amendment Voice Alliance, where he has been a long-time board member. Additionally, he serves on the board of the National Committee for Religious Freedom.
As an Adjunct Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, Dr. Murray mentors students in Christ-centered leadership and global engagement, supporting the development of future leaders grounded in biblical truth and moral courage. His academic credentials include a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership from Howard University, as well as a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Services.
A consecrated bishop and ordained minister with over three decades of pastoral and public service, Dr. Murray has ministered and spoken globally, including at the United Nations, during the nationally televised “Celebrate America” broadcast, and on networks such as TBN, Daystar, CTN, and Rede Globo. He serves as the Senior Pastor of The Lighthouse Church and as Vice Presiding Prelate of Rebirth Fellowship Assemblies.
Dr. Murray is the award-winning author of “Broken: Picking Up the Pieces After the Fall” and the newly released “Walking with the Good Samaritan: Servant Leadership for a New Era.” His ongoing work promotes values-based leadership, human dignity, and multifaith peacebuilding on a global scale.
He is blessed to be married to Rachel, his partner in ministry for nearly 35 years. Together, they have three adult children involved in ministry and are proud grandparents of eight grandchildren.
